The Closed Door by Harold Ward
A classic ghost story read by H. Washington Sawyer. Ward was an early 20th Century American writer in the detective, science fiction and horror genres. He wrote the Doctor Death pulp magazine series under the pen name Zorro, but not much is known about his life. The Closed Door was published in the darkest year of the Great Depression, 1933.
