Guys! We are so excited to be getting the house ready for spring! Recipe: 1 shallot, chopped olive oil for pan 3 cloves garlic minced 1 c arborio rice 4 c chicken broth 1/2 c white wine juice and zest from 3 lemons, pinch salt pepper to taste Preheat oven to 375. Heat acdrizzle oil in dutch oven. Add in shallot and stir and cook until shallot turns translucent. Add in garlic and rice and stir until brown. Add in chicken broth, wine, lemon juice & zest of 2 lemons, salt, and pepper. Stir and then put into oven for 45 minutes, occassionally stirring.
