Also referred to as the brand Brooks, the Acorn / Brooks 130 is a very reliable straight stairlift, and sold worldwide! The different with this stairlift today is that it comes with an automatic swivel seat, 90% of these stairlifts I’ve seen come with a manual seat, that you turn yourself. So it’s nice to be able to record a video demonstrating the more “deluxe” model of the 130 series, please excuse the background noise though! The automatic seat can normally be retrofitted after installation or on the day of installation. It doesn’t come pre-installed and normally carried out by the installer on the day.
