Drive Pulley: 1” Bore 4”OD V-Belt Drive Pulley Rear of pulley that meets up with crankshaft needs to be bored out to fit over raised section of crankshaft, approximately 0.375” deep. This ensures pulley is as far onto the crankshaft as possible without belt hitting engine block casting. Also procure 1” bore x 1” length spacer to slip over crankshaft to take up space created by moving the pump drive coupling 1” further away. Spacers” 1” Length, 3/8” Bore, 3/4” OD spacers, as well as (4) longer 3/8-16 bolts to attach pump adapter to engine. Alternator: Universal GM 1-Wire alternator, recommend at least 70-amp unit (NOTE: NOT a MINI alternator) Belt: 3/8” V-Belt, length to be determined by exact configuration (Approx 22” Long) Tensioners/Brackets: Universal 3/8” tensioner rod or adjustment rod.
