「許せない人」を、無理に許してはいけない【ブッダの智慧】

"Am I narrow-minded for never being able to forgive that person?" Do you blame yourself and emotionally exhaust yourself every time you recall past painful experiences in relationships? Our official LINE account is currently accepting Zoom consultations to unravel the structure of your worries and help you regain harmony with the world. The real reason why unpleasant scenes keep resurfacing in your mind 1:35 Difference | The structure that causes friction even with close friends. Relationship problems aren't due to your personality. 5:09 Receptive | The reflex of quickly pulling your hand away after touching a kettle. The mechanism by which the mind automatically adds meaning to a momentary pain. 8:01 The Second Arrow | The first arrow is shot by the other person, the second arrow is shot by yourself. The truth from 2000 years ago that Buddha saw through. 12:30 The Temperature of the Wound | The view from your current position. The reason why you don't have to judge it as an unchanging truth for life. 13:57 Discomfort | Even Kukai and Saicho couldn't understand each other. The true nature of the intense "discomfort" that Buddha felt during his time as a prince. 16:52 Being There | What lies at the very bottom of "unforgivable." Proof that you truly cherished something. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Video Content ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ "Forgiving is better for me. If I keep clinging to it and holding a grudge, I'm immature as a person." Are you hurting yourself twice over by blaming yourself for "not being able to forgive" on top of the wounds inflicted by the other person? I won't say something as platitude as, "Forgive the other person and move forward." In fact, the very act of "making yourself the bad guy for not being able to forgive and desperately trying to suppress your emotions (the second arrow)" is the biggest noise that's chasing you 24/7 and constantly interfering with your progress. This time, we'll dismantle the shackles of simplistic morality and idealism, and uncover the mechanism for restoring peace to your heart. We'll explore this by examining the "structure of difference and friction" that inevitably arises when two different people come together, the "mechanism of receptivity" that spontaneously occurs in the mind, like the reflex when touching a kettle, the truth behind Buddha's "second arrow"—the first shot fired by the other person, the second shot stabbing oneself—and the "absolute friction in human relationships" that even Kukai and Saicho, the pinnacle of Japanese Buddhism, were forced to part ways. Why is it that the more we try to "broaden our hearts and understand everyone," the more suffocated we become, and we fall into a new "trap of self-loathing," firing multiple second arrows at ourselves for not being able to forgive ourselves? The answer lies in "lowering the second arrow (the hand that blames oneself)." Let go of the mental "I must forgive" score sheet for now, and tonight, simply leave the "unforgivable feelings" and "mud unease" that you've desperately tried to hide, just as they are. At that moment, the "true you" that was desperately trying to cherish something, buried deep within your unforgiveness, will quietly emerge, and a genuine stillness, the same one Buddha felt 2000 years ago, will rise up here and now. There's no need to force yourself to forgive the other person or to completely change your image. Just realize that you no longer needed to blame yourself for not being able to forgive. Let's go with the structure. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ About Kalman ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ "Translating the wisdom of Eastern and mystical thought to liberate modern people from suffering" This is the theme of our communication. Alternatively, if you have any feelings that you've been trying to suppress with platitudes, even though you truly can't forgive, please quietly leave just one here. It's okay if you can't write it well. ...
