This is Dine Kanadiyan and is a play on words for an incredible Filipino buffet with all the favorites such as the Lucious Lechon and the flavorful Beef Kare Kare. And something I don't find often at the buffet even in the Philippines are the Lumpia Shanghai. Often missing at the buffet spreads, I'm happy to say they are not omitted here and they were crispy and full of filling...
