In heavy saucepan, combine sweetener, allulose syrup, and water. Heat over medium low stirring only until sweetener dissolves. 2. Attach a candy thermometer and boil without stirring until mixture reaches 250 degrees (hard ball stage). 3. While the syrup boils, use a stand mixer to beat egg whites, salt, and cream of tartar to stiff peaks. 4. Once syrup reaches 250, keep mixer running on high and slowly drizzle the hot syrup mixture into the egg whites in a steady stream. 5. Continue beating for about 5 minutes until mixture thickens, loses its glossy shine, and holds its shape. 6. Fold in vanilla and pecans. Quickly drop spoonfuls onto parchment lined baking sheet. 7.
