Recipe: Makes 14 Patties For the Dough: 5 Cups Flour 1 Tbsp Salt 1 Tbsp Sugar 2 Tbsp Curry Powder 1 Tbsp Annatto Coloring 2 Sticks of Butter (One for the dough, one for folding) 4 Oz Lard 1 1/2 Cups Cold Water For the Ground Beef: 2 Lbs Ground Beef 1 Small Onion (Finely Chopped) 4 Cloves of Garlic (Finely Chopped) 1 Tsp Thyme 1 Tsp Paprika 1 Tsp Onion Powder 1 Tsp Garlic Powder 1 Tsp Roasted Garlic and Herb Seasoning 1 Tsp Jerk Seasoning 1 Tsp Salt 1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce 1 Tsp Soy Sauce 350° for 30 Minutes
