► Epic 12 hours trainspotting in Switzerland between Olten & Zürich [24.08.12]

As I was looking back through my video archives, I came across this epic day of trainspotting from 2012. I was very surprised at how much has changed since then and decided to finally compile the video. Practically every train you see is either no longer the same or scrapped today. You will see Re 460s with the "2000" logo, Intercity services with Cisalpino, Eurocity & EW I wagons, multiple Ae 6/6 locomotives (1952 - 1966) including the oldest in service at that time (11404), Rbe 540 locomotives (1959 - 1966), 2 Talgo Night trains, a Bm 6/6 shunting (1954 - 1961), Am 6/6s shunting (1976), Eem 923 in quadruple traction, a fire and rescue train, Re 4/4 II locomotives (1964 - 1985) including the oldest in mainline service (11108), many Re 6/6 locomotives (1972 - 1980) and a handfull of diesel shunters, modern locomotives as well as electric multiple units.
