'00-'08 Ford Focus - Broken/Stuck HVAC Selector

**IMPORTANT NOTE BELOW** Not a common problem, but I've seen the same problem on a couple other videos. The failure is due to a faulty cable actuator that goes from the head unit to the HVAC box. Ford Part #YH-1624 I bought the replacement from RockAuto.com using the above part number, and it cost less than $40, including shipping. Reinstallation is even easier, everything just snaps into place. ***One thing I overlooked is that the gray piece attached to the head unit needs to come off as well, prior to installing the new cable unit. Just pull the knob off and remove a screw that holds it in place.
