I stayed there for 5 weeks in unit 610 and had a great stay. It's nice to travel light since everything was provided in this suite. The building has underground parking, gym, 4th-floor outdoor garden, doorman, and party room. It was quite however if someone is walking around or talking loudly upstairs you will be able to hear it, along with noise from the street level. If you are a light sleeper try to get a unit on the city side as Lower Water St is used by trucks 24/7 and can be pretty loud. All in all great stay here!
