We Got a $24,000 Quote… So I Built This Instead

We were quoted OVER $24,000 to remodel this outdated laundry room… $14,000+ for custom cabinetry. Nearly $10,000 more for plumbing and a tankless water heater. There was just one problem: There was absolutely no way we could afford that. So instead of tearing everything out, I tried something completely different… Using an old entertainment armoire and a few furniture pieces, I retrofitted everything around the existing plumbing and water heater to create a custom scullery packed with storage for china, silver, stemware, and more.
