This was one of those weddings that sticks with you for its personality as much as its beauty - classic winter elegance with a creative twist, weaving in Mexican Day of the Dead touches (including a themed cake and photo booth) without ever losing the feeling behind it all. We started the day at Victoria’s family home just hours after a dramatic storm had battered the countryside. Roads blocked, trees down - but inside, everything was calm, joyful, and buzzing. Victoria’s dad had his classic Austin Healey polished and ready to chauffeur her in style, and one of our favourite moments was her animated grandmother presenting a congratulations card… completely blank inside. The laughter that followed set the tone perfectly. The ceremony room at the estate is flooded with natural light - ideal for capturing those quiet emotional beats without interrupting the moment. Victoria walked down the aisle to Dream Cave by Cloud Control, a track with real meaning to them, and afterwards the couple did something we loved - they both took the mic to thank their guests, bringing everyone right into the heart of the day. Speeches rolled into proper entertainment, with two hilarious comperes steering the room into the best men’s roast. And the first dance was a total standout - Into Your Arms by Nick Cave, sung live by their best man Matthew. Intimate, honest, and a proper hairs-on-arms moment. Then the evening turned up fast - a boys vs girls sing-off with the lads belting out Oasis and Blur, while the women went full throttle into ABBA classics. Hilarious, uninhibited, and an absolute dream to film.
