Nuits-Saint-Georges explained by Jean-Pierre Renard
Nuits-Saint-Georges is perhaps one of the best-known Bourgogne appellations. But behind the name is a huge diversity of expression that is translated through the 41 Climats classified as Premier Cru. Wine-lover Jean-Pierre Renard is an expert at the École des Vins de Bourgogne in Beaune, and map in hand, he will explain to you the reasons for this diversity. This six-minute video, brought to you by the Bourgogne Wine Board, is taken from the “Rendezvous with Bourgogne Wines” webcast from October 2016. These shows, produced for Bourgogne wines tastemakers, are now available to everyone. Find out more about the Nuits-Saint-Georges appellation
