Today we visit Bar IOA in Mislata, a place that's been open since February and boasts one of the most impressive display cases I've seen in over two years of bar hopping. On their counter, you'll find tortillas, cured meats, black pudding, sausage, calamari, baby squid, fried squid rings, baby cuttlefish, fried pork belly, hamburgers, and many more options, prepared both on a plate and inside sandwiches. We tried: 🥔 Homemade patatas bravas 🥚 Spanish omelet skewer 🦑 Fried squid, squid rings, and calamari 🥖 Sandwich with broad beans, ham, black pudding, longaniza sausage, chorizo, and peppers 🦑 Grilled baby cuttlefish 🥓 Pork belly with potatoes and peppers And check out the prices: the set lunch costs €7, and the spectacular sandwich lunch also costs €7.
