Walk around Newhailes Estate

Didn't discover this place until very recently, actually. I have passed it on the way to Musselburgh beach, but didn't actually pay that much attention to it until one day I was at another part of the city and there was one of those brown touristy signs pointing in its direction. The day was absolutely lush when it came to the weather, but the holidays prior meant that not many gritters were out and about, which left the roads icy. Which mean that, yes, I ended up landing primarily on my left knee - now I've got few bruises to show for it, and landing on my bum would have been better for the "shock absolbion". Oh well. It was still a lovely day to walk around that place!
