Far from the large urban centers, and the crowd caused by the massification of large metropolitan areas, is Alentejo. Located in the southern region of Portugal, Alentejo is characterized by being a calmer, less urban area. As a result, the area has fewer surfers and tourists looking for perfect waves. And despite being already explored, it is far from being a place with many surfers. Among the various peaks, it is still possible to surf alone on the extensive coast of Southwest Alentejo. Putting electric mobility to the test in less urban regions was the most challenging. Electric vehicles are ideal for city life, however, we sought to find out whether electric mobility would adapt to long journeys, and locations with fewer charging stations, compared to large cities.
