Galletas de Chocolate con Chocolate Chips y Nueces

These Chocolate Chip Cookies with Walnuts are irresistible, perfect for any occasion, snack, or event. Made with love and always using natural ingredients. I hope you enjoy them a lot. Ingredients - 3 dozen: • 1/2 cup or 108 g butter at room temperature or margarine (not light) • 1 cup or 200 g sugar - you can also use half white sugar and half brown sugar • 2 eggs • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract • 1 and 1/2 cups or 190 g flour • 4 tablespoons or 30 g cocoa powder • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda • 1/4 teaspoon salt • 1 cup - 150 g chocolate chips or chocolate pieces of varying size to taste • Optional - 1 cup - 125 g chopped walnuts Preparation: • Preheat oven to 375ºF or 190ºC • Use parchment paper and if you don't have one, grease the baking sheet. ***Tip: If you use parchment paper, put a A little butter on all four sides—this way it won't move. • In a bowl, stir together the flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. • In another large bowl, beat the sugar with the margarine or butter. Add the eggs, vanilla, and cocoa, beating until well combined and fluffy. • Gradually add the flour mixture to the egg mixture, stirring until well blended. It will be difficult to stir eventually—this is normal. • Add the chocolate chips and chopped walnuts, stirring until evenly distributed throughout the batter. • Take a teaspoon of the batter and drop it (which is why these types of cookies are called drop cookies) onto the prepared baking sheet. Leave a space between the cookies because they will spread quite a bit. • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until they have a set crust but are still soft in the center. • Remove from the baking sheet immediately—even if they appear soft, don't worry, they will harden as they cool. ***** • Cool on a wire rack. IMPORTANT NOTE ***** All chocolate cookies tend to come out harder than usual or harden very quickly. Therefore, you can leave them in the oven for a shorter time depending on your taste—some people like them softer, while others prefer them harder. • To prevent them from hardening, place them in a sealed container with an apple, or the next day, place them in the microwave a few seconds before eating. They are truly exceptional as soon as they cool after baking. • The dough freezes very well. You can make more and save it for another day. You can also make the dough and refrigerate it up to 24 hours before baking. Please share! Thank you very much. Subscribe to my channel: http://www.youtube.com/subscription_c...
