Yesterday, I had an interview with a large Australian company. Here's what I learned during the interview: the questions I was asked, how I answered them, and the effect on the recruiter. Most importantly, we discuss the questions to ask at the end of the interview, and especially THE question that saved the day by revealing what the recruiter really thought of me and what my main weakness was (according to him).
