Aguila de cola blanca - Haliaeetus albicilla - Muy triste todo lo ocurrido

La cámara del nido del águila de cola blanca se encuentra en el Parque Nacional Matsalu, en el oeste de Estonia. Es el territorio de reproducción del águila de cola blanca más antiguo que se conoce en Estonia: ¡los primeros registros de este se remontan a 1870! Seguimos a esta pareja de águilas por primera vez con una cámara. 1er huevo - 20 de marzo; 2do huevo - 24 de marzo. 1er aguilucho - 28 de abril; 2do aguilucho - 30 de abril. Ambos polluelos fallecieron el 12 y 13 de mayo. La causa de la muerte fue la influenza aviar H5N1.
