Confirm your phone is compatible using the compatibility checker on Visible's website and entering your device's IMEI. Once you have a compatible device, you'll need to order a SIM card. Click "continue" under the compatibility checker, and you'll be brought to your bag. Here you'll see 1 month of service for $40 and a free SIM card that will ship via FedEx next day delivery. Enter your first name, last name, email, and create a password. Make sure you remember your log in information. You'll need it when you log in to your Visible account on the Visible app to complete your activation. Here you'll also see the option to enter a referral or promo code. Keep your existing number or get a new number. Once you've created your account, Visible will give you the option to either get a new number or keep your existing number. If you like to keep your existing number and transfer it to Visible, also called "porting", you'll need 3 pieces of information: 1) Your current account number 2) Your account PIN 3) Your billing ZIP code Make sure you keep your current service active. Don't worry, your current service will still stay active. Visible will only cancel your account with your previous carrier when you activate your SIM card. If you don't know your account number, PIN, or billing ZIP, reach out to your current carrier's customer support. 5. Enter your billing info, agree to the terms of service, and place your order. Your SIM card should arrive the next day thanks to FedEx next-day delivery. 6. On the main page in the app, you should see a checklist. Make sure there is a checkmark next to "Service is ready," and that you've verified your email. 8. Insert the Visible SIM into your phone. The app should recognize the SIM is inserted and give you the option to activate it. Tap "Activate". In a couple seconds, your phone will be activated. 9. Restart your phone. Once your phone powers back on, check to make sure calls, cellular data, and messaging are all working properly. 10.
