HOW TO MAKE GRAVY | 2 SUPER EASY WAYS Hello! Welcome! Today we're going to prepare two different ways to make #GRAVY. Both are super practical and both are delicious. ✍INGREDIENTS TO MAKE GRAVY WITH TURKEY JUICES 🔸️1/2 cup turkey juices 🔸️1 teaspoon turkey fat (or whatever remains in the pan after removing the juices will be enough.) 🔸️1 tablespoon cornstarch 🔸️1 cup chicken broth 🔸️Salt and pepper To go directly to the preparation, go to minute 3:17 ✍INGREDIENTS TO MAKE #GRAVY WITHOUT TURKEY JUICES 🔸️1 tablespoon butter 🔸️1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch 🔸️1 cup water 🔸️1/2 tbsp chicken broth 🔸️1/2 tbsp soy sauce 🔸️Adjust the salt and add pepper. To go directly to the preparation of this second way to make #GRAVY, go to minute 5:42 🔴NOTE Remember to cook the #GRAVY over medium-low heat. If you cook it over medium or high heat, it will become super thick and lose the consistency we're looking for.
