A collaboration with Pride Fish 🐟 This time, we're featuring Chiba spiny lobster. And when you think of Chiba, you think of peanuts! We luxuriously sauteed the finest spiny lobster caught in the outer Boso region, topped it with a satay-style sauce rich in peanut butter, and put it on the stove! The plump lobster is coated in a savory, sweet and spicy sauce... Even George couldn't help but exclaim, "It's so delicious, it's so spicy!" This exquisite snack brings together local delicacies. Of course, the perfect accompaniment is Hakutsuru Blanc 🍶 ◆PRIDE FISH "Chiba Spiny Lobster" https://www.pride-fish.jp/JPF/pref/de... ◆Featured Alcohol "Hakutsuru Blanc" https://www.e-hakutsuru.com/products/... [Chiba Spiny Lobster Satay Style / Recipe] ◆Ingredients (Serving 1) 1 Spiny Lobster 20g Butter 5g Garlic 10g Olive Oil Salt and Pepper to Taste A Little Chili Powder A Little Lime 3 Coriander Leaves for Garnish Satay Sauce 60g Peanut Butter 20g White Sesame Paste 15g Ketchup g 20 g fish sauce 8 g sugar Juice of 5-10 lemons 1 cm garlic (tube) 1 cm ginger (tube) 70 g coconut milk A little olive oil ◆Directions 1) Halve the spiny lobster lengthwise and sprinkle with salt. 2) Make the satay sauce. Add garlic, ginger, fish sauce, ketchup, sesame paste, coconut milk, and sugar, bring to a boil, and cool. 3) Add butter to a frying pan and sauté the shrimp, flesh-side down. 4) Once halfway cooked, turn over and add garlic accheté. 5) Brush the fish with the satay sauce, sear over the flame, and serve. 6) Garnish with a sprinkling of cilantro and chili pepper. #Hakutsuru #FishDay #FishCookingClub
