Nobody Talks About Vietnam’s COFFEE CAPITAL 🇻🇳

Vietnam is the second largest coffee producer in the world, but hardly anyone talks about the city behind it. We left Da Lat at 6am and took a five-hour coach through Vietnam’s Central Highlands to Buon Ma Thuot, the coffee capital of the country. I honestly didn’t know what to expect, but the city caught us off guard almost immediately. Wide, quiet roads. Flowers everywhere. Traditional wooden tribal houses. A completely different pace from Da Lat. Before leaving, we stopped for Mi Quang, a saucy Central Vietnamese noodle bowl with pork, peanuts, rice crackers, and a rich broth that tastes different every time. Then in Buon Ma Thuot, we visited the World Coffee Museum, learned about different coffee brewing styles, Vietnam’s robusta history, and ended up having a free coffee that was far fruitier and stronger than expected. The day finished at Mellowy’s Kitchen, a restaurant we found by accident and would genuinely go back to without hesitation. This was not the Vietnam city I expected. https://greentraveller.net/homestay/ https://baotangthegioicaphe.com/en-US/ https://share.google/AsLZJDgMyZsoAaXiA Thanks for watching and coming along with us.
