CHALLENGING DAYS in Portugal's EXTREME HEATWAVE

This week has been all about adapting to the extreme heat here in Portugal. The country is in a state of alert. With temperatures soaring and heat warnings in place, even simple daily routines require a little more thought and a much slower pace. I take you along on one of these slower days as I head down to the lake to escape the worst of the heat. Along the way you'll see some of the beautiful countryside, peaceful lake view, wildlife and fish that make these moments so special.
