Taking the HB/Hultafors Montreal 2.5 out for a day in the Aussie bush. A great all-around lightweight axe- hiking, trail clearing felling, bucking, light splitting and camp tasks. Axe specs- 1.1kg/2.5lb Montreal pattern head, 10.5cm/4inch cutting edge, 700mm/28 inch hickory handle. This one has been filed to a 20 degree flat grind with a micro bevel edge, handle thinned and modified with a laminated palm swell, custom sheath.
