Is Apple Express Replacement worth it? How does it work? These are the questions I will answer for you as I explain my experience with using Express Replacement to get a brand new iPhone 15 Pro Max when I shattered the back glass of my previous one. In an ideal situation, using Express Replacement should only take a couple of days from start to finish. Apple sends you a brand new (or maybe refurbished?) iPhone, you transfer all of your data from the broken one to the new one, and then send your damaged phone back to Apple using the same box and the provided shipping label. And just like that you get to keep the new phone without any damage. But what happens if your phone goes missing and the box arrives to Apple empty?
