We decided to grab our bikes and venture outside our usual middle-class housing development to explore the average local neighborhood right next door. We turned down Melecio Avenue and rode deep into Triple Junction Subdivision in Brgy. Matungao (Bulakan, Bulacan) just to see what everyday life looks like further down the road.We expected a casual afternoon ride, but we ended up making two massive discoveries at the very back of the community!First, we stumbled upon an entire state university campus—the Bulacan State University (BulSU) Meneses Campus—tucked completely away at the end of the residential road on Doña Marcela Street. Second, we followed the path even further until the concrete ran out, revealing a massive river snaking right behind the houses.
