Homeless On Guam USA - Luke and Julian

I happen upon Luke and Julian when I stopped by Jessilyn's to give her and Kao their Christmas presents. I asked if I could observe them while they panhandled on the intersection of Army Drive and Harmon Loop Rd (HWY 27), and they agreed. I despise Lazy, abled people that panhandle. With Luke, he has a couple of medical and mental issues, which prevents him from finding a job, but he still submit job applications. Julian was working the last time I visited Kao and Jessilyn. He had to give up his job due to lack of transportation, his ride is down. He just started panhandling again to get enough money to fix his car. I deem both Julian and Luke as honest, homeless people that deserves the publics help. One is medically incapable, and the other is trying to get back on his feet. As for the able-bodied, lazy homeless people, you need to stop abusing peoples kindness, and GET A JOB! As always thanks for watching and Happy New Years. Sincerely, Benny.
