[EXCLUSIVE] Ninja Gaiden 2 Black : 2003 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Mod 1.0

For the past two weeks, I've been working on bringing the 2003 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles to Ninja Gaiden 2 Black! Each turtle replaces one of Ryu’s costumes, complete with their signature weapons and a look inspired by the 2003 show. Throughout this project, I’ve learned a lot—creating custom shaders, writing Blender scripts to streamline my workflow, and refining my approach to modding. While some limitations couldn’t be avoided, this experience will help improve future projects. For now, this mod is exclusive to Greater Fiend and higher tier Patreon users.
