James Gall is an international star with years of experience including a 2018 Commonwealth Games and 2018 World Cup. He has played for Great Britain too, appearing in the 2019 and 2020/21 FIH Hockey Pro League before making his Olympic debut in Tokyo. However, it could have been so different for James, having fractured his skull and spine in a freak accident back in 2015.
