No performance. No choreography. No voiceover. Just eight uninterrupted minutes of a recent aerial hoop training session. I always enjoy seeing how other aerialists actually train, so I figured I’d point a camera at myself and share the process. It’s messy, repetitive, occasionally successful, and much closer to what most days in the studio actually look like.
