Testing the LetonPower Sealion L12. Is it the new king of BUDGET underwater video lights?

In this weeks video I have been trying out the LetonPower Sealion L12 underwater video light. I give you my thoughts on this 8000 lumen COB light. Is it a great value option for use with action cameras like Gopro, Dji and Insta360 or mobile phones like Apple Iphone or Google Pixel. How does is it compare to the cheap Ebay lights like the QH18 and QH24 The LetonPower Sealion series with its 3 levels of power is only slightly more expensive but far better quality making it a very budget friendly option for Action Cameras and Mobile Phones whilst producing a nicer light than the cheap Ebay lights. Also to be very clear these are $110 lights so I am saying they are AMAZING for the money and accurately described for that price range. I am not saying they are the same as buying a $500 to $2500 light. I'd guess the lumens are around that 5000 mark but as the cheap light market often claim up to 50,000 this is what I am comparing to. Even high end lights are highly variable in their claims. Expect that lumens will vary between brands and price ranges and expect to need to use other batteries. I will be doing more videos so stay tuned. The channel is about finding economical options not some magic way to spend $100 on a light thinking its going to match a $1000 light. They are amazingly good for the price and better than any other $100 to $150 light I have found at this stage and I highly recommend them for this price range. You need to spend a lot more to get brighter. Just like an Action Camera is amazing for its price but it isn't going to magically out shoot a Panasonic GH7.
