Le Sénégal inaugure son tout premier UniPodFinal 3 Video Unipod1

Senegal has inaugurated its first University Innovation Pod (UniPod) and the Senegal Digital Factory. These two initiatives aim to provide young innovators and creators with the space and resources they need to bring their ideas to life and tackle development challenges. They are housed within the UniPod, located at Amadou Mahtar Mbow University (UAM) in Diamniadio, Senegal. UniPod and the Senegal Digital Factory are concrete initiatives designed to implement Senegal’s “New Deal Technology” strategy, the country’s ten-year plan to strengthen its digital sovereignty and transform its economy. The Senegalese Minister of Communication, Telecommunications, and the Digital Economy, along with the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, joined the Rector of UAM and the Director of the UNDP Sub-Regional Centre for West and Central Africa and UNDP Resident Representative in Senegal.
