TRICEP WORKOUT WITH WEIGHTS AT HOME | 10 Minutes

This is the BEST triceps workout with weights at home that you'll find! We will train the triceps from all different angles to reduce any batwings and create lean arms. We start in a standing position and then go on the mat. Make sure you have two dumbbells and a mat for more comfort. For reference I am using 2.5kg / 6lbs each but you can also go heavier or lighter!
