CCR Malfunction at Extreme Depth – How I Made It Back

At 240ft (70m) my CCR electronics failed on a deep technical dive – and I had to fight to get back to the surface alive. This video breaks down exactly what happened during this rebreather dive, how the CCR failed, and the decisions that made the difference between a fatal diving accident and a survivable emergency. In this dive I was on a closed circuit rebreather (CCR) when the primary electronics died at depth, followed by a second failure on ascent.
