Guiding Light February 13, 1990

At the boarding house, Dylan and Sam wake up together after spending their first night together. Blake and Alan-Michael wake up together in his apartment, having accidentally fallen asleep. They're startled to hear Harley knocking on the door. At the diner, Frank reads an article about Scully's death. Billy and Josh arrive and offer their condolences about Pops. Nadine tells Frank that he needs to be with Harley now, not Dana. At the Bauer's, Chelsea has a nightmare about what's happened with the fan, and Johnny tries to console her by reminding her that they're getting married today. Downstairs, Maureen, Ed, Rick, and Rae discuss what's happened with Chelsea. Johnny tells them that Chelsea isn't feeling well. Rae has a replacement wedding dress for her, and offers to bring up the cup of mocha that Chelsea requested with it. Blake frantically hides in the garage apartment's store room, while A-M tries to conceal evidence of their night together before letting Harley in. She wants to look for a copy of the insurance policy for her store, and insists on waiting for A-M to find it if he won't let her look for it. She sits on the bed, with Blake's bra right behind her on the pillow. A-M manages to distract her and grab it so he can stuff in the pocket of his robe. Harley is about to go into the store room when A-M finds the policy, and she is angry to find out that it expired and he didn't renew it. She tells him that she knows he's up to something and she's going to figure out what it is before she leaves. Frank tells Nadine he'll be there for Harley, but he won't change his plans with Dana. Josh and Billy discuss Billy's relationship with Nadine. Nadine is upset to hear Frank is giving away free food to Fifth Street residents, and he discovers Pops' will. Sam and Dylan discuss their night together, and she assures him that it wasn't a mistake. He worries that he won't do right by her, but she's willing to take the risk. A-M and Blake once again agree that they shouldn't see other anymore, and she panics about someone seeing her leaving his apartment. He gives her a cap and sunglasses to use as a disguise. Chelsea and Rae discuss the gun. Rae wants her to either give it back or tell Johnny about it. Alone, Chelsea examines the gun and Johnny walks in on her. She tries to explain why she has it, but he doesn't agree. He eventually gets her to give it him, but unbeknown to him, she watches while he hides it. Harley returns to the dinner, and she, Frank, and Nadine read the will, which gives the diner to Frank and Nadine. Ed and Johnny discuss how nervous Johnny is, but he pretends it's just about the wedding. Maureen and Chelsea discuss the wedding, and Chelsea asks if Johnny seems okay. Alone, Chelsea feels dizzy. Blake arrives back at the penthouse to find Gary waiting for her. He wants to know where she was all night. She tells him that she was with A-M, but claims she was just helping him with a class. He tells her about Roger shooting Scully. Frank is upset that Nadine wants to make changes at the diner. Harley is jealous to find Dylan and Sam together at the boarding house. Blake tries to call Roger, worried that he might have been hurt. Rick and Ed try to reassure Johnny everything is fine. They want to take him for a ride to distract him, so Rae agrees to keep an eye on Chelsea, who admits that she feels ill.
