Fixing the Clod Buster's TERRIBLE Steering! UK Monsters Mod

If you own a Tamiya Clod Buster, you already know the truth: the stock steering is absolutely terrible. There is too much slop, too much flex, and that single central servo can barely turn those massive tires! In today's video, we are completely overhauling the handling on my Black Edition Clod Buster. We are ripping out the vintage plastic linkages and installing the UK Monsters steering upgrade kit. By mounting a servo directly to both the front and rear axles, we are getting direct power, and true, precision four-wheel steering (4WS). Stick around after the workbench build for the outdoor shake-down run to see the night-and-day difference in handling—and make sure to watch until the very end for a few funny outtakes!
