The TEP Foundation - TEP Talks, "Professional Series," Episode 10 (Merv Miller) | Tau Epsilon Phi

TEP Talks is an existing service provided by The TEP Foundation, Inc. The TEP Foundation, Inc. is the 92 year old charitable arm of Tau Epsilon Phi Fraternity. The TEP Foundation is a 501(c)(3), NY State registered Non-Profit, whose Mission Statement it is to provide Scholarship, Award, and Education to our 116 year Brotherhood. TEP Talks are used as a platform to educate, promote, and explore the accomplishments of Tau Epsilon Phi Fraternity’s alumni. This new series, TEP Talks "Professional Series" was filmed in Winter 2026. Hosted by volunteer Brother Stanley Silverman, Tau Omega 402, University of Rhode Island (Class of '79) captures the Professional Careers of TEP Alumni for the sole purpose of educating valued undergraduates and alumni in their own vocational endeavors. Our tenth guest is Merwyn "Merv" Miller, Brother (#)325, Tau Upsilon, University of California-Los Angeles, Class '70. Brother Miller holds a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from California Western School of Law graduating in 1974. He has since been a longstanding member of the California Bar overseeing his own Legal Practice. His firm in San Diego, C.A. focuses on Estate Planning. Brother Miller has also appearing on the popular “Wealth Management” television series and has been listed in “Who’s Who in American Law.” Miller taught law courses on a public and/or private school level for an extended period of time and is credited as co-authoring a legal textbook, "Understanding California Real Estate Law."
