Sergio Talavera, an institutional communicator, believes that a charismatic leader is a great asset to companies because the way you treat people defines the quality of life you lead. He also addresses the concepts of "scarcity mindset" and "abundance mindset." An institutional communicator with a background in public relations, advertising, and institutional communication, he holds two master's degrees: one in senior management and the other in education with a specialization in cognition. He is an alumnus of the Disney Institute. He has worked as an independent consultant and trainer in the areas of communication and organizational development, interpersonal skills development, team building, change management, and human talent management. He is an accredited trainer for executive coaches. He was awarded an honorary doctorate from the Ibero-American Council for Educational Quality. He currently speaks on leadership, service, communication, and change management at various national and international forums and is the Director of Cerebranding S.C. and CARISMAnagement.
