BB Sculpt is a treatment that uses ice and wood therapy to help tone, sculpt, and firm your body. A client picks two desired areas they would like to sculpt, then the spa technician uses different wood rollers to break down compacted fat and drain them into the lymph nodes. Then an iced red clay that’s infused with herbs like green tea and lavender, is rubbed on the desired areas until the ice has melted. The treatment is not marketed as a weight loss treatment, but it is something that can be done in addition to a consistent diet and exercise. BB Sculpt is offered at Bronzed Bunny in Costa Mesa, California for $220. Insider’s Caroline Aghajanian tried the treatment on her stomach and thighs for a discounted media rate. After the treatment, Caroline met up with LA's Indigo Fitness owner and trainer Seth Gottesdiener to learn more about the effects of the treatment on the body.
