Prior to this, she was dean of Lagos Business School (LBS) from July 2009 until December 2020 where she led the school to attain global accreditations and rankings. She has served on the boards of top global management organisations such as Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC, owners of the GMAT exam), Global Business School Network (GBSN); United Nations Principles for Responsible Management Education (UNPRME), AACSB International as Secretary-Treasurer, and the Association of African Business Schools where she was chairperson.
