This is the second time Galim Khusainov has appeared on our podcast. Four years ago, in one of our first episodes, he joined us as Chairman of the Board of the BCC, but today he's in a new role. Today, Galim is an entrepreneur and independent director of the AIFC Administration and the Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund. Galim is a former experienced top manager with an incredible background, but he's still a young businessman. Four years ago, he made the important decision to leave his paid employment and pursue entrepreneurship. After such a relatively short time, we discussed how his decision to go into business changed his life. Galim spoke about his several business ventures—a network of currency exchange offices, a supply of aspiration equipment, and a business around oil fields. These might seem like very different areas of entrepreneurship, but Galim has found ways to apply his past experience in each of them.
