Peach Butter Cake 蜜桃牛油蛋糕

This week we are having 𝓟𝓮𝓪𝓬𝓱 𝓑𝓾𝓽𝓽𝓮𝓻 𝓒𝓪𝓴𝓮 ☕️ A simple plain butter cake, with soft buttery texture. Top with slices of canned peaches, makes this cake extra special and so good to have it for this weekend tea time!!!! Cake flour 低筋面粉 - 250 g Baking powder泡打粉 – ½ tsp Canned peaches 罐头蜜桃 – 3 pcs Slice into 8 pcs 切8片 (for topping) Remaining chop into fine pieces 剩下的切碎 Unsalted butter 无盐牛油 – 250 g Caster sugar 幼糖 – 170 g Eggs 鸡蛋 – 5 pcs Vanilla essence香草精 – ¼ tsp Milk 牛奶 – 50 ml Icing sugar 糖粉 Preheat oven预热烤箱 - 170°c Bake 烤 - 50~55 minutes Remove and let cool for 10 min 出炉后10分钟冷却后才脱模 Rest on wire rack to cool completely 放在铁架上至完全冷却
