Vagner Seiyu Tome began his martial arts practice in 1980. With over 45 years dedicated to martial arts, Sensei Vagner Tome is today one of the most important aikidokas in Brazil, dedicating himself exclusively to teaching and promoting Aikido, Iaido, and Tai Chi Chuan. Sensei Vagner Tome is a 6th Dan Aikido teacher with approximately 45 instructors trained by him. He is also a leading figure in teaching Aikido to children, developing a unique methodology for them. In 2019, he assumed the responsibility of continuing to manage FEBRAI – BRAZILIAN AIKIDO FEDERATION, following the passing of Sensei Severino Sales, 7th Dan. Following and honoring his Sensei's memory, he organizes yudanshakais so that all affiliates can develop technically, also promoting them to higher ranks.
