In this video I go over how to modify the Cossack Squat to make it suitable for different levels of ability, provide a few form cues to keep in mind, and show you how to scale the movement from a beginner level all the way to advanced applications! This exercise will enhance your hip, knee, and ankle flexibility, while simultaneously strengthening your lower body(quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves, etc.).
