It can also be made in a tray with a diameter of 26 cm or even 30 cm. The baked cheesecake, after staying overnight in the refrigerator, is divided into 12-14 suitable pieces, and then the ice cream sticks are attached. Leave a little distance between them, then put them in the freezer for an hour, an hour and a half to be very cold so you can easily work with them. Meanwhile, melt your favorite chocolate on Bain-marie (I used bitter chocolate and white chocolate in the amount of 700g each). You can use milk chocolate or caramel chocolate, or whichever is your favorite. The chocolate must be fluid, it is placed in a deeper bowl to easily fit each piece of cheesecake. After passing each cheesecake through the chocolate, remove the excess and place them on a grill. The next step is the most beautiful of this recipe and the one that makes the result spectacular: decoration. If you have children, you can decorate with your children, each according to their desire and imagination. It will be a beautiful activity for them, as well as a joy to match. Cheesecake sticks can be served as soon as the chocolate has hardened on them. They will look great and will add value to any event table or candy bar.
