How to export basic shaders from Maya, using the Arnold menu, and how to import them in other software packages like Houdini, Cinema4d, 3dsMax or any other DCC supporting Arnold. You will learn in-depth creation of procedural shading networks using curvature and ambient occlusion shader. Once all the shading is completed, we will be using Material X, a new shading standard, to transfer the shaders between different applications.
