[SMM2] Speed run of desperate length by D3/R

An NSMBU speedrun that uses almost the full 500 seconds timer. This was made in SMM1 too, but now it's overall harder because of some changes on the level, physics and hitboxes. This run was pretty bad though, there were many mistakes on it.
