DDC S4 Cooling Platform Digital Twin | Air & Liquid Cooling for AI Infrastructure

This Digital Twin was developed for DDC Solutions by Smart Spatial, Inc and showcased at NVIDIA GTC 2026. It presents the DDC S-Series S4 cabinet platform and its integration with modern data center cooling infrastructure for AI and high-performance computing. The experience focuses on how airflow and liquid cooling systems operate together to support increasing compute densities. Infrastructure represented: • DDC S4 cabinet containment platform • Chilldyne Coolant Distribution Unit (CDU) • Water loop and plumbing infrastructure • NVIDIA H100 and GB300 server configurations Cooling configurations: • Air-cooled setup using cabinet airflow and heat exchangers • Liquid-cooled setup with CDU, manifolds, and direct-to-chip cooling Users can: • Navigate the data center environment in real time • Inspect rack and cooling infrastructure • Visualize airflow and liquid flow • View internal systems using X-ray and break-apart modes Follow guided walkthroughs of cooling configurations Built to support technical demonstrations, product understanding, and AI infrastructure discussions around high-density data center cooling.
